Had a great experience with Captain Kirk’s Limo service. We had our driver T who was here ahead of time and helped get everyone settled in for the ride. We had 4 youngsters dressed in costumes for a great event downtown Cleveland then we headed over to corner Alley to bowl and eat and last stop to the lake then home. My experience with Captain’s was exceptional. I have very high expectations for customer service, and Captains’s exceeded them. The communication is first class. Kirk even went out of his way to call me after I booked to suggest I change my pick up time due to traffic and road closures around the event. He didn’t want us to be late. I received confirmation emails and text messages when the driver was leaving and had arrived. The SUV was clean. This experience was stress free door to door. I’m a customer for life.

Our chauffeur Captain Kirk from Captains Car Service was our savior when our flights got screwed up and we flew home through a different airport. Even though our flight was horrendously delayed, he very happily adjusted the pickup and drove us home in the wee hours of the morning. The whole process was super smooth, and the communication with the company and the chauffeur was excellent. Captain Kirk is a friendly, professional, and safe driver.
